Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your membership, we require:
📅 7 days’ notice before your direct debit/cash collection date
📧 Written notice sent to arnold@tgsfitnessstudios.co.uk

Your email MUST include:
✅ Full name
✅ Membership number
✅ Club name (e.g., TGS ARNOLD)
✅ Reason for cancellation
